Orders completed before 2pm EST are packed and shipped within 24 hours (Monday through Friday) from our Connecticut headquarters. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the Monday following, unless the Monday falls on a U.S. Bank Holiday

HOW ARE PACKAGES SHIPPED?

Products1600 items are delivered within a premium gift box.

 

Deliveries within the continental US are mailed via United States Postal Service (USPS). Deliveries to APO, FPO, Alaska, and Hawaii addresses are mailed via USPS Priority.

 

Deliveries to international countries & Canada are calculated at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

We will happily accept exchanges or returns on eligible* items within 30 days of purchase. Items returned within 30 days that are in their original condition will receive a refund of the product price. Customers are responsible for the postage on returns and exchanges. Returns or exchanges delivered within the continental United States will be charged the $4.95 flat-rate shipping fee.

*Eligible Items are products that have been not been used or worn, have their original packaging, and are in their original condition.

In the event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact Customer Service to request a pre-paid Return Shipping Label. Customer Service must pre-approve requests for damaged or incorrect returns. Once approved, our team will provide you with detailed directions and a printable USPS shipping label via email.

Upon approval of a No-Fault Return or Exchange:

  • Securely package the items you wish to return

  • Include a copy of your receipt, invoice, or a letter that includes the following information:

    • Customer Name

    • Order Number

    • Delivery Address

    • Customer Phone Number

    • Reason for Return
       

  • Give the package to your mail carrier, or drop off at your local collection box

 

Refused or undeliverable orders will be refunded the cost of the merchandise only. Shipping and handling fees will not be returned. The customer is responsible for the flat-rate (for Domestic deliveries) or calculated rate (for non-Domestic deliveries) for returns or exchanges.

 

Refunds will be processed to the customer's original form of payment. Processing times are determined by your financial institute, and may take up to 14 business days to appear in your account. If you are concerned about a refund or the status of a return, please contact our Customer Service team.
